1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 1777db website, mobile interface, and all associated services available at 1777db.pro.

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform.

Any Account belonging to a player under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all deposits returned minus any bonuses or winnings generated.

3.2 Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must complete the registration process accurately and truthfully. You agree to provide your real name, valid contact details, and accurate personal information. 3.3 One Account Per Player

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. 4.5 Verification Requirements

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by 1777db are subject to wagering requirements and any additional terms stated in the relevant promotion. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. 5.2 Welcome Bonus

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Providers

All games available on the 1777db Platform are supplied by licensed third-party Game Providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others. 7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1777db Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Attempting to launder money or process funds obtained through illegal activities via the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform without prior written approval.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or software errors to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Abusing the bonus system, including through coordinated multi-accounting or systematic low-risk wagering to clear wagering requirements.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Allowing any other person to use your Account, including sharing login credentials.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

1777db reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, if it reasonably believes that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk of harm to the Platform or other users. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, 1777db may withhold Account balances pending investigation.

Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of any uncleared bonuses) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

9. Responsible Gaming

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising between a Player and 1777db that cannot be resolved through informal discussion and good-faith negotiation should be raised in writing to [email protected]. 1777db will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and endeavour to reach a resolution within thirty (30) days of receipt. 1777db's decisions on disputed game outcomes and bonus-related matters are final and binding, except where an error on the part of 1777db can be clearly demonstrated.

1777db reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
